📦 Tactical Cowboy Outdoors Shipping Policy
At Tactical Cowboy Outdoors, we’re committed to getting your gear to you fast, safe, and hassle-free. Here’s how our shipping process works:
🚚 Shipping Timeframes
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after payment clears. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package heads out the door.
Some products may ship from different warehouses or manufacturers. If that happens, you might receive multiple tracking numbers or packages.
📬 Carriers We Use
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on the item, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
🗺️ Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer international shipping.
Important Note: Some items (like firearms or restricted gear) may require special handling or can’t ship to certain states. Make sure you know your local laws before ordering.
📦 Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on the way. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or shoot us a message.
🏡 Stolen Package Policy (Porch Pirates)
Once your order is marked Delivered by the carrier, it’s considered delivered. Tactical Cowboy Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. We recommend having your order sent to a secure location or request a signature service, like your workplace or a PO Box, if theft is a concern.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t see the package:
- Double-check with family members or neighbors.
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan early.
- Contact the carrier directly for help locating it.
If it’s confirmed stolen, we recommend filing a report with local law enforcement and contacting your homeowners or renters insurance for coverage.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, reach out to us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
