Magpul PMAG D-50 Gen M3 is a 50-round drum magazine designed to feed 7.62×51 NATO / .308 Winchester cartridges. It supplies high-capacity cartridge storage and feeding for compatible SR25/M110-pattern and AR-10 rifles.

The PMAG D-50 is built to provide a compact high-capacity option that reduces overall magazine height compared with standard 50-round drums while accommodating longer-than-SAAMI-spec match ammunition up to 2.830″ OAL. Its primary purpose is to add extended ammunition capacity to compatible rifle platforms while maintaining a profile similar to lower-capacity box magazines for storage and handling.

Intended for SR25/M110-pattern rifles and AR-10 platforms; listed fit includes DPMS, SR25, and LaRue OBR pattern rifles. The D-50 is optimized for use with 7.62×51 NATO / .308 Winchester cartridges. Note that it is compatible with some older Bushmaster .308, ORC Remington R-25, and DPMS LR-308 rifles but is not optimized for bolt lock functionality on newer DPMS GII-based models. It is not compatible with magazines or platforms that use M14, FN FAL, HK91/G3-pattern magazines, or other listed incompatible designs.
